Teams will be required to set up and break down fields on the weekends.
Make sure to look at your game schedule to see if you are setting up or breaking down.
If you have a green triangle beside your game number, you are setting up your field. If you have a purple circle, you are breaking down. See below:
A few reminders:
Coaches will be given access to an app that will unlock fields and goals.
Goals are to be set up at the beginning of the day and locked up when games conclude. They need to be secured to the ground with stakes provided or weight bags which can be found in the Mustang Soccer knack boxes at each of the fields. Nets need to be put on goals at the beginning of the day and removed and placed in the Knaack boxes at that field when games are finished for the day.

Corner flags should be set up at the beginning of the day and put away into the boxes when games are finished.
Knack boxes can be found at the following locations based on the park/school:
Alamo - against fence by goals
Baldwin - up against the fence by goals.
DVMS - inside the fence near the track and parking lot.
Diablo Vista Park - next to the baseball fence/diamond by goals.
Green Valley - near the back parking lot off McCauley Rd.
Greenbrook - against fence by goals
Montair - against fence by goals

IF YOU OR YOUR OPPONENT NEED TO CANCEL A GAME, PLEASE EMAIL MICHAELA@MUSTANGSOCCER.COM AND FREDWILSON@MUSTANGSOCCER.COM IMMEDIATELY SO THE REFS CAN BE NOTIFIED. IF THE GAME IS BEING CANCELED WITHIN 96 HRS OF THE SCHEDULED KICKOFF TIME, THE TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CANCELATION WILL BE CHARGED A FEE.

Fields are split into halves, thirds or quadrants (depending on the location), so fields must be shared among teams!
It is first-come-first-served when selecting a half, third or quarter of the field that day.
Please review the practice field layouts above, so you are prepared for your practices.
Teams that practice at 6PM should ensure that all equipment is put away and knack boxes are locked.

Practices will be shifted beginning Monday, October 5, 2026. Please review the shifted schedule below:
Teams that practice at 4PM: 3:45-4:30PM
Teams that practice at 5PM: 4:30-5:15PM
Teams that practice at 6PM: 5:15PM-6PM
As a reminder, just because your practice isn’t affected by the early sunset, doesn’t mean others’ won’t be!
Rec Plus trainer-led sessions that take place at MSC and DVP are not affected by this shift.
