MUSTANG SOCCER REFUND POLICY 26-1
This policy outlines refund eligibility for all Mustang Soccer programs. Registration and payment constitute acceptance of the terms below.
RECREATIONAL LEAGUE
Administrative and service costs are incurred at the time of registration; therefore, refund eligibility decreases as the season approaches.
Refund Request Date: February 1 – May 1
Refund Amount: 100% refund less $50 administrative fee and non-refundable service fees
Refund Request Date: After May 1
Refund Amount: No refunds, except documented season-ending injury or verified relocation less $100 administrative fee and non-refundable service fees
COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS (ECNL, ECNL RL, Pre-ECNL, Elite, Select, Mustang Juniors, Futsal & U8 Development Teams)
Upon accepting a roster position, all program and team fees become the full financial responsibility of the family. These fees are non-refundable for any reason, including injury, illness, relocation, withdrawal, or change of commitment.
Tryout deposits are also non-refundable.
A refund will be considered only if a replacement player assumes the departing player’s prorated financial obligation with Coaching Director approval.
Team Fees: Level I, Level II, or Level III (ECNL/Pre-ECNL, Elite I, Elite II, & Competitive Select) - Program and team fees become the responsibility of each team member and their family at the time they accept a position on a competitive team. Injury, family relocation, change of heart, or call-up situations may occur, but don’t alter the responsibility of a family to meet their financial commitment to their original team. In order to protect the financial stability of each competitive team, Competitive ECNL/Elite and Select Program and Team Fees are not subject to refunds except in the case where the team coach or division director finds a replacement player who is able to assume the prorated financial obligation of the departed player.
CAMPS, CLASSES & SUPPLEMENTAL TRAININGS
Refund requests submitted seven (7) or more days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund less non-refundable service fees. Requests submitted within six (6) days of the start date or after the program has begun are not eligible for a refund.
Participants unable to attend due to documented illness or injury prior to the start date will receive a full refund less non-refundable service fees. Once the program has begun, approved illness- or injury-related refunds will be prorated for the remaining days or sessions missed.
SPECIAL EVENTS & ID SESSIONS (Combines, Talent IDs, Showcases & other one-time or limited capacity events)
Participants unable to attend must reach out to the applicable Program Director.
REFUND REQUESTS
All requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@mustangsoccer.com and must include the applicable Program Director. Supporting documentation may be required.
Payment processing/service fees are non-refundable. All policies apply per participant and per program.
